Your files stay on the platform you paid on, not on this website. Choose where you bought from and follow the steps. It takes about a minute, and the same steps work for every update.
Envato Market
For GoBiz SaaS and add-ons bought on the Envato Market.
You bought here if: You paid on codecanyon.net and your receipt came from Envato.
NativeCode Store
For plugins, services and products bought directly from NativeCode.
You bought here if: You paid NativeCode through Lemon Squeezy, and your receipt came from Lemon Squeezy.
Looking for your purchase code or license key? Here is where to find it
Search your inbox for "Envato" or "Lemon Squeezy". Whichever company sent the receipt is where your files are.
Downloads belong to the account or email that paid. A colleague or client account will not see them.
Before you replace files on a live server, back up your files and database. Any changes you made to the core code will be overwritten.
Envato Market
Go to codecanyon.net and sign in. Envato keeps purchases per account, so if you own more than one, use the one that made the payment.
Click your username in the top-right corner and choose Downloads, or go straight to codecanyon.net/downloads. Every item you have bought is listed there.
Look for GoBiz SaaS or the add-on you bought. If the list is long, sort or search it by name.
This gives you the complete ZIP package with the source code and documentation. The same menu also has your license certificate and purchase code.
Unzip the package on your computer, then follow the installation guide in our documentation to upload and set it up on your server.
NativeCode Store
Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout for the NativeCode Store, so your orders are kept there, not on this site.
You do not need a password. Lemon Squeezy emails you a one-time sign-in link. It must be the exact email you typed at checkout, which can differ from the one you use with us.
The link opens your order history. If you cannot find the email after a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders.
Pick the order for the product you bought. Its page has the download button for the files, plus your license key and receipt if the product comes with them.
Unzip the download and follow the matching guide in our documentation. Each plugin has its own setup steps.
Envato calls it a purchase code and Lemon Squeezy calls it a license key. Both sit next to your files, on the same page you download from.

From the platform where you paid. CodeCanyon buyers download from codecanyon.net/downloads. NativeCode Store buyers download from the Lemon Squeezy My Orders page. We do not host purchase downloads on this website.
Most often the purchase was made with a different Envato account or a different email address. Search your inbox for the payment receipt to find out which account or email paid. If you still cannot find it, open a support ticket with your order ID or purchase code, the buyer name and the purchase date, and we will help you find it.
Use the built-in updater: in your admin panel go to SettingsSoftware UpdatesCheck for updates. New releases reach the updater first, before the files are uploaded to CodeCanyon or Lemon Squeezy, so it is always the fastest way to get the latest version. See the software update guide. If you prefer to update by hand, download the package from the same place you bought it once the new version is available there.
Updates must be installed one version at a time, in order. You cannot jump straight from an old version to the latest one. The built-in updater (SettingsSoftware Updates) handles this for you: it installs the next release each time, so keep running it until you are on the latest version. To update by hand, install each missing version in order. On CodeCanyon we always keep the files for the 2 versions before the latest one, and on Lemon Squeezy we keep a few older versions. If you are further behind than that, open a support ticket and we will help you update. Always back up your site first and follow the update guide.
Wait a few minutes and check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Make sure you typed the same email you used at checkout, with no typos. If the email address no longer works, contact us with your order details.
Yes. Both CodeCanyon and Lemon Squeezy let you download your purchases again whenever you need them, for example to reinstall on a new server.
No. Downloading the latest version is part of your purchase. The support period only covers help from our team, as described in our Support Policy.
Open a ticket with your order ID or purchase code, the buyer name and the purchase date. We reply within 24–48 hours.
