AI Credit Plans

The AI Credit Plans section allows the admin to create and manage AI credit plans that customers can purchase to obtain AI credits for generating digital business cards using AI.

1. AI Credit Plans

The AI Credit Plans section allows the admin to create AI credit plans with custom pricing and credit limits.

Customers can purchase an available AI credit plan to receive AI credits that can be used to generate digital business cards using AI.

1.1 Create New AI Credit Plan

Click Create New to create a new AI credit plan.

The admin can configure the following details:

Plan Name

Enter the name of the AI credit plan.

The plan name is displayed to customers when they view the available AI credit plans.

Plan Description

Enter a short description of the AI credit plan.

The description helps customers understand what the plan provides.

Plan Price

Enter the price of the AI credit plan.

The configured price is used when customers purchase the plan.

Number of AI Credits

Set the number of AI credits included in the plan.

The specified credits are added to the customer's AI credit balance after a successful purchase.

1.2 Save AI Credit Plan

After entering the required details, click Save to create the AI credit plan.

Once saved and active, the plan can be made available to customers for purchase.

Customers can purchase the plan and use the allocated AI credits to generate digital business cards using AI.

1.3 Manage AI Credit Plans

The AI Credit Plans listing allows the admin to manage existing plans.

Available actions include:

• Edit — Update the plan name, description, price, or AI credit allocation.
• Deactivate — Disable the plan so it is no longer available for new purchases.
• Delete — Delete the AI credit plan.

2. Transactions

Navigation: Dashboard → AI Credit Plans → Transactions

The Transactions section allows the admin to track and manage customer purchases of AI credit plans.

The transaction listing provides information about each AI credit purchase.

2.1 Transaction Information

The admin can view:

• Customer who purchased the AI credit plan
• AI credit plan purchased
• Payment method
• Purchase amount
• Transaction status
• Other relevant transaction information

2.2 Transaction Status

The admin can update the payment status of an AI credit transaction.

Available actions include:

• Mark as Pending
• Mark as Processing
• Mark as Paid
• Mark as Failed

Mark as Pending

Use Mark as Pending when the payment has not yet been confirmed and is awaiting further processing.

Mark as Processing

Use Mark as Processing when the payment transaction is currently being processed.

Mark as Paid

Use Mark as Paid when the payment has been successfully confirmed.

The purchased AI credits can then be provided to the customer according to the transaction and plan configuration.

Mark as Failed

Use Mark as Failed when the payment transaction has failed or cannot be completed.
