Plans

The Plans section allows the admin to create and manage subscription plans offered to customers. Plans can define pricing, validity, feature availability, usage limits, access permissions, and payment provider configuration.

Navigation: Dashboard → Plans

1. Manage Plans

The Plans section displays all subscription plans created in the system.

Plans can be viewed and managed according to their current status:

• All Plans
• Active
• Disabled

The admin can use the available actions to manage existing plans.

2. Add New Plan

The admin can create a new subscription plan from:

Dashboard → Plans → Add New Plan

The Add New Plan page allows the admin to configure the plan's pricing, features, limits, validity, access options, and payment provider details.

2.1 Basic Details

Recommended Plan

Enable or disable the Recommended Plan option.

When enabled, the plan is highlighted as a recommended plan among the available plans shown to customers.

Private Plan

Enable or disable the Private Plan option.

When enabled, the plan is not publicly available for customers to purchase. The admin can assign the private plan directly from admin panel.

Plan Type

Define which product functionality the plan supports.

Available options include:

• Digital Business Card + Store
• Digital Business Card
• Store

The selected plan type determines which functionality the customer can use after purchasing or being assigned the plan.

Plan Name

Enter the name of the plan that will be displayed to customers when viewing or purchasing the plan.

Description

Enter a short description explaining the plan and its benefits to help customers understand what the plan provides.

3. Pricing

The Pricing section defines the cost, billing period, validity, and trial configuration of the plan.

Price

Set the price of the subscription plan.

• 0 - The plan is treated as a Free Plan.
• Any value greater than 0 - The plan is treated as a paid plan.

Plan Term

Define how frequently the customer purchases or renews the plan.

Available options include:

• Monthly
• Yearly
• Custom

Validity

Define how long the plan remains valid.

For standard plan terms:

• Monthly - 30 days
• Yearly - 365 days

For a Custom plan term, the admin can manually enter the required validity period.

Use:

• 9999 - Unlimited validity

Trial Period

Define the number of days available during the trial period.

• 0 - No free trial
• Greater than 0 - The specified number of trial days is provided

4. Business Card Features

The Business Card Features section controls the features, limits, and capabilities available to customers using digital business cards.

Number of Business Cards

Set the maximum number of digital business cards the customer can create using the plan.

• 999 - Unlimited business cards

Number of Services

Set the maximum number of services that can be displayed on business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited services

Number of Products

Set the maximum number of products that can be displayed on business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited products

Number of Links

Set the maximum number of links that can be added to business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited links

Number of Payments Listed

Set the maximum number of payment options that can be listed on business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited payment listings

Number of Testimonials

Set the maximum number of testimonials or customer feedback entries that can be displayed on business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited testimonials

Number of Galleries

Set the maximum number of galleries that can be added to business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited galleries

Number of Enquiries

Set the maximum number of enquiries that can be received or displayed through business cards.

• 999 - Unlimited enquiries

AI Credits

Set the number of AI credits included with the plan.

AI credits are used to create digital business cards using AI.

• 0 - AI credits are not included
• Positive value - Specifies the number of AI credits included
• -1 - Unlimited AI credits

AI credits included with the plan do not expire and can be used at any time.

AI Credits for Trial Plan

Set the number of AI credits provided to customers during their trial period.

Trial AI credits:

• Are available only while the trial is active.
• Expire automatically when the trial period ends.
• Any unused trial AI credits are removed when the trial expires.

Business Hours

Enable or disable the Business Hours feature.

When enabled, customers can add and display their business hours on their digital business cards.

Appointments

Enable or disable the Appointments feature.

When enabled, customers can provide appointment booking functionality through their digital business cards.

Service Booking

Enable or disable Service Booking.

When enabled, customers can allow visitors to book services by submitting their required details.

Contact Form

Enable or disable the Contact Form feature.

When enabled, customers can use a contact form on their business cards to collect visitor or customer details.

Password Protection

Enable or disable Password Protection.

When enabled, customers can protect their digital business cards with a password and share them privately.

Google Wallet

Enable or disable Google Wallet functionality.

When enabled, customers can use the Google Wallet feature with their digital business cards.

Number of Wallets

Set the maximum number of Google Wallet entries that can be used under the plan.

• 999 - Unlimited wallets

5. Store Features

The Store Features section controls the available store functionality and usage limits.

Number of Stores

Set the maximum number of digital stores a customer can create using the plan.

• 999 - Unlimited stores

Number of Categories

Set the maximum number of product categories that can be created in a store.

• 999 - Unlimited categories

Number of Products

Set the maximum number of products that can be added to a store.

• 999 - Unlimited products

6. Others

Storage

Set the amount of storage allocated to customers using the plan.

The allocated storage is used for storing customer assets and related files.

• 999 - Unlimited storage

7. Additional Features

The Additional Features section controls additional platform capabilities available under the plan.

Custom Domain

Enable or disable the ability for customers to request or configure a custom domain.

PWA

Enable or disable Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality.

When enabled, customers can use their web application as a PWA and add it to supported devices without requiring an app-store download.

Advanced Settings

Enable or disable advanced functionality, including:

• Multi-Language Switcher
• Custom Code

When enabled, customers can use these advanced options according to the platform's supported functionality.

Personalized Link

Enable or disable personalized store links.

By default, a store may be created with a randomly generated link. When this feature is enabled, customers can choose a personalized name for their store link.

Hide Branding

Enable or disable the ability to hide platform branding from the customer's store.

When enabled, supported admin/platform branding can be removed from the customer's store.

Free Setup

Enable or disable Free Setup.

When enabled, the admin can provide store setup assistance without charging the customer an additional setup fee.

Free Support

Enable or disable Free Support.

When enabled, the customer is eligible for support assistance included with the plan.

8. Paddle / Dodo Product Details

The Paddle / Dodo Product Details section is used to configure the payment provider details required for recurring subscription payments.

Price ID

Enter the Price ID configured with Paddle or Dodo.

The Price ID is used to associate the plan with its recurring payment configuration.

9. PayPal Product Details

The PayPal Product Details section is used to configure the plan for recurring PayPal subscriptions.

Plan ID

Enter the PayPal Plan ID configured for the recurring subscription.

The Plan ID connects the platform's subscription plan with the corresponding PayPal recurring payment plan.
