Blogs

The Blogs section allows the admin to create, manage, and publish blog posts on the website. Admins can add blog content, organize posts using categories and tags, and configure SEO settings to improve search engine visibility.

Navigation: Dashboard → Website Content → Blogs

1. Create a Blog

To create a new blog:

Go to: Dashboard → Website Content → Blogs → Click Create New

The admin can publish a blog by adding the required title, cover image, description, content, category, and SEO details.

Blog Details

• Cover Image: Upload the image that will be displayed as the blog's cover image.
• Blog Title: Enter the title of the blog post.
• Slug: Enter the URL-friendly name for the blog. The slug is used to generate the blog page URL.
• Short Description: Enter a brief description that summarizes the blog and is displayed below the blog title and cover image.
• Blog Content: Add the complete content of the blog post using the content editor.

Category and Tags

• Category: Select the relevant category for the blog.
• Tags: Add relevant keywords or tags to help organize and identify the blog content.

SEO Settings

The SEO Settings section allows the admin to optimize each blog for search engines and improve its visibility in search results.

The blog editor provides a live SEO preview to show how the blog's SEO information may appear in Google search results.

SEO Fields

• SEO Title: Enter the title that should appear in search engine results for the blog.
• SEO Description: Enter a short summary of the blog content. This helps users understand what the blog is about before visiting the page.
• SEO Keywords: Add relevant keywords that describe the blog content.

Example keywords:

digital business card, networking, NFC card

Use keywords that are directly relevant to the blog content.

After entering the required details, save or publish the blog to make it available on the website.

2. Blog Categories

Blog categories are used to group related blog posts together and make blog content easier to organize and browse.

Navigation: Dashboard → Website Content → Blog Categories

To create a category:

1. Enter the Blog Category Name.
2. Enter the Slug to define the URL-friendly name for the category.
3. Save the category.

Once created, the category can be selected when creating or editing a blog.
