Referral Program

The Referral Program section allows the admin to monitor customer referrals, review referral earnings and withdrawal requests, and configure referral commission and withdrawal rules.

The Referral Program contains three sections:

1. Referrals
2. Withdrawal Requests
3. Configuration

1. Referrals

The Referrals section allows the admin to view and manage customer referral activity.

It helps the admin track customers who joined the platform through a referral and monitor whether the referred customer has subscribed to a plan.

Referral Details

The admin can view:

• Referral Person: The customer who referred the new user.
• Referred Customer: The customer who registered through the referral.
• Registration Status: Shows whether the referred customer has successfully registered.
• Subscription Status: Shows whether the referred customer has subscribed to a plan.
• Purchased Plan: Displays the plan purchased by the referred customer.
• Referral Details: Provides an overview of the referral relationship and its current status.

This allows the admin to identify which referrals have converted into paying customers and determine the applicable referral earnings.

2. Withdrawal Requests

The Withdrawal Requests section allows the admin to review and manage withdrawal requests submitted by customers for their referral earnings.

The admin can review the withdrawal details and update the payment status after processing the request.

Withdrawal Details

The admin can view:

• Customer: Customer who requested the withdrawal.
• Referral Amount: Amount earned through the referral program.
• Transfer Details: Details related to the requested payout or transfer.
• Payment Status: Current status of the withdrawal payment.

Payment Status

The admin can update the payment status based on the withdrawal processing:

• Pending: Withdrawal request has been submitted and is awaiting processing.
• Processing: Payment is currently being processed.
• Paid: Referral earnings have been successfully transferred to the customer.
• Failed: Payment could not be completed.

3. Configuration

The Configuration section allows the admin to configure how referral commissions are calculated and when customers can request withdrawals.

Commission Settings

• Commission Type: Select how the referral commission should be calculated:

  • Percentage: Commission is calculated as a percentage of the applicable amount.
  • Fixed Amount: A predefined fixed amount is awarded for the referral.

• Commission Value: Enter the commission value based on the selected commission type.

  • For Percentage, enter the applicable percentage.
  • For Fixed Amount, enter the amount to be awarded.

Withdrawal Settings

• Minimum Withdrawal: Set the minimum referral earning balance required before a customer can submit a withdrawal request.

This prevents customers from requesting withdrawals below the configured minimum amount.
