How to Create Coupons
The Coupons section allows the admin to create and manage discount coupons for plans, NFC card purchases, and AI credit purchases.
Navigation: Dashboard → Coupons
Note: Coupon codes can only be used with one-time payment methods. Coupons cannot be applied to recurring payment methods.
1. Create a Coupon
To create a new coupon:
Go to: Dashboard → Coupons → Click Create New
Enter the required details to configure the coupon.
Coupon Details
Coupon Usage: Select where the coupon can be used:
- Plan: Apply the coupon to eligible plan purchases.
- NFC Card: Apply the coupon to NFC card purchases.
- AI Credits: Apply the coupon to AI credit purchases.
Select Plan: Select the plan for which the coupon should be applicable.
- Specific Plan: The coupon can be used when purchasing the selected plan.
- All Plans: The coupon can be used for eligible plan purchases across all plans.
Coupon Code: Enter the coupon code that customers will use during checkout. The admin can also generate a unique coupon code automatically.
Description: Enter a short description explaining the purpose or offer associated with the coupon.
Type: Select the discount type:
- Fixed: Provides a fixed monetary discount.
- Percentage: Provides a percentage-based discount.
Discount: Enter the discount value based on the selected type.
- For Fixed, enter the discount amount.
- For Percentage, enter the percentage to be discounted.
Validity: Set the start and/or expiration period for the coupon. Once the coupon expires, it can no longer be used.
User Limit: Set the number of different users who can use the coupon.
Total Limit: Set how many times each individual user can use the coupon.
2. Save and Publish the Coupon
After entering all the required details:
- Review the coupon configuration.
- Verify the discount type and value.
- Check the validity period and usage limits.
- Click Save.
Once saved, the coupon can be shared with customers and used for eligible purchases according to the configured rules.
