NFC Sales
The NFC Sales section is used to manage NFC card products, customer orders, NFC activation keys, delivery information, and payment transactions.

1. NFC Cards
Navigation: Dashboard → NFC Sales → NFC Cards
The NFC Cards section allows the admin to create and manage the NFC card products available for customers to purchase.
1.1 View NFC Cards
The admin can view all NFC cards created in the system and manage the cards available for purchase.
The NFC card listing can include:
- Front Image
- Back Image
- Card Name
- Price
- Stock
- Description
- Card Status
1.2 Create New NFC Card
Click Create New to create a new NFC card product.
The admin needs to provide the following information:
Front Image
Upload the image used to display the front design of the NFC card.
Back Image
Upload the image used to display the rear design of the NFC card.
Name
Enter the name of the NFC card.
The name helps customers identify the type of NFC card they want to purchase.
Examples:
- Wooden NFC
- Steel NFC
- Premium NFC
- Custom NFC
Price
Set the selling price of the NFC card.
The configured price is displayed to customers when they view the NFC card for purchase.
Stock
Set the number of NFC card units currently available for sale.
The stock value represents the available quantity of the NFC card.
Description
Add a short description of the NFC card.
The description helps customers understand the card type, design, material, or other relevant information before purchasing.
1.3 Save NFC Card
After entering the required details, click Save to create the NFC card.
Once saved, the NFC card becomes available for customers to view and purchase according to its configured availability and stock.
2. Orders
Navigation: Dashboard → NFC Sales → Orders
The Orders section allows the admin to view and manage customer NFC card orders.
The admin can perform different actions on each NFC card order.
2.1 View Order
Use the View action to open the complete order details.
The order details can include:
- Customer information
- Ordered NFC cards
- Quantity
- Order details
- Shipping information
- Payment status
- Payment details
- Delivery information
This allows the admin to review the complete order before processing it.
2.2 Write NFC
Use the Write NFC action to access the NFC writing functionality for the ordered card.
The provided link can be used to write the required data to the NFC card associated with the order.
2.3 Greeting Letter
The Greeting Letter option allows the admin to create or edit the greeting letter included with the NFC card order.
The greeting letter supports short codes that can be used to personalize the letter with customer or order information.
This allows the same greeting letter template to be reused for multiple orders while automatically inserting the relevant details.
2.4 Add Tracking Information
The Add Tracking Info option allows the admin to update the delivery information for an NFC card order.
The admin can update:
- Delivery status
- Tracking number
- Courier information
- Other relevant tracking details
This allows the order's delivery progress to be maintained from the admin panel.
3. Activation Keys
Navigation: Dashboard → NFC Sales → Activation Keys
The Activation Keys section is used to generate and manage unique NFC activation keys.
Activation keys are used to link physical NFC cards with the appropriate customer or digital profile.
3.1 Generate NFC Keys
The admin can generate new NFC activation keys by specifying the required quantity.
The admin enters the number of keys to generate.
Each generated key is:
- Unique
- Unlinked
- Available for distribution
- Used to activate or link an NFC card
Generate NFC
Specify the quantity of unique, unlinked NFC keys that need to be generated and use the generate action to create them.
The generated keys can then be distributed and associated with NFC cards as required.
3.2 Activation Link
Activation keys can be used to generate or provide an NFC card activation link.
The activation link allows the NFC card to be linked to the appropriate customer or digital business card.
4. Transactions
Navigation: Dashboard → NFC Sales → Transactions
The Transactions section allows the admin to view and manage payment transactions associated with NFC card orders.
The transaction listing provides access to relevant payment and order transaction information.
4.1 Transaction Status
The admin can manage the payment status of an NFC card transaction.
Available payment statuses include:
- Pending
- Success
- Failed
Mark as Pending
Use Mark as Pending when the payment transaction is still awaiting confirmation or requires further processing.
Mark as Success
Use Mark as Success when the payment has been successfully completed.
When a transaction is marked as successful, the admin can access the invoice for the purchase.
Mark as Failed
Use Mark as Failed when the payment transaction has failed.
4.2 View Invoice
For successful NFC card transactions, the admin can view the purchase invoice.
The invoice provides the relevant transaction and purchase information associated with the NFC card order.
