System Utilities
The System Utilities section provides administrative tools for configuring system preferences, scheduled tasks, SEO settings, invoices and taxes, staff access, email templates, translations, backups, caching, and software updates.

The System Utilities section contains the following options:

1. General Settings
The General Settings section allows the admin to configure system preferences, localization, currency, language, and website branding.
System Settings
- Website Status: Enable this option to make the website homepage accessible to visitors. When disabled, visitors are redirected directly to the login page.
This is useful when the admin is designing or updating the website homepage.
User Registration: Allow guest visitors to create accounts. When disabled, new registrations are not accepted and only existing users can log in.
Time Zone: Select the default timezone used by the platform.
Currency: Select the default currency used by the platform.
Currency Format: Select how currency values should be displayed.
Decimal Places: Set the number of decimal places displayed for currency values. Set this to
0to hide decimal values.Date Time Format: Select the preferred date and time display format.
Default Language: Select the default language used throughout the system.
Maximum Upload Size: Set the maximum file size that users can upload. The value is specified in Kilobytes (KB).
Free Plan on Signup: Automatically assign a free plan to new users after registration. An active free plan must be available for this option to work.
Languages: Add and manage the languages supported by the platform.
Website Branding
Configure the branding assets and website name displayed across the platform.
Dark Logo: Upload the logo used when dark mode is enabled. Recommended dimensions: 200 × 90 px.
Light Logo: Upload the logo used when light mode is enabled. Recommended dimensions: 200 × 90 px.
Favicon: Upload the icon displayed in browser tabs and bookmarks. Recommended dimensions: 200 × 200 px.
Website Name: Enter the website name. This name is reflected throughout the platform where applicable.
2. Cron Jobs
The Cron Jobs section allows the admin to configure scheduled tasks and generate the required CRON commands for the server.
Cron Job Settings
Dates: Defines how frequently the scheduled task should run.
Set CronJob Time: Configure the time at which the scheduled task should execute.
Queue Worker Cron Command
Background jobs, such as translation synchronization and other queued tasks, require a queue worker to process them.
For shared hosting environments, configure the provided queue worker CRON command to run every minute. The command processes queued jobs and exits automatically after completing the available tasks.
The generated CRON command can be added to the server's CRON configuration.
3. Generate Sitemap
The Generate Sitemap section allows the admin to create an SEO-friendly XML sitemap to help search engines discover and index platform content.
How It Works
Select the content categories that should be included in the sitemap.xml file.
The generated sitemap is saved in the public directory and can be submitted to search engines for indexing.
Sitemap Categories
The available categories include:

Blogs
Digital Business Cards
Stores
Web Tools
Select the required categories and click Generate to create or update the sitemap.
View Sitemap
Click View Sitemap to open and verify the generated sitemap.
Tips
Regenerate the sitemap whenever new pages, blogs, digital business cards, or other supported content are added.
Submit the sitemap URL to Google Search Console to help improve search engine indexing.
4. Invoice & Tax Settings
The Invoice & Tax Settings section allows the admin to configure tax information, invoice details, and billing email content.
Invoice & Tax Details
Enter the required information:
Invoice Number Prefix: Set the prefix used for invoice numbers.
Name: Enter the name displayed on invoices.
Email: Enter the billing or contact email address.
Phone: Enter the contact phone number.
Address: Enter the billing address.
City: Enter the city.
State/Province: Enter the state or province.
ZIP Code: Enter the postal or ZIP code.
Country: Select the country.
Tax Name: Enter the applicable tax name.
Tax ID: Enter the applicable tax identification number.
Tax Value: Enter the applicable tax value.
Invoice Footer: Enter the message displayed in the invoice footer.
Review all details and click Save to apply the settings.
Invoice Email Settings
Configure the content displayed in invoice-related emails:
Email Heading: Enter the heading displayed in the invoice email.
Email Footer: Enter the message displayed in the footer of the invoice email.
5. Currencies
The Currencies section allows the admin to manage the currencies available for use throughout the platform.
The admin can configure the currencies required by the system based on the supported payment and pricing requirements.
6. Administrators & Staff
The Administrators & Staff section allows the admin to create and manage administrative user accounts and assign roles and permissions.
Create a User
Click Create User to add a new administrative user.
Enter the following details:
- Role: Select the role assigned to the user, such as:
* Administrator
* Manager
Name: Enter the user's name.
Email: Enter the user's email address.
Password: Set the password for the user account.
Permission: Select the permissions that should be granted to the user.
Available Permissions
Permissions can be assigned for different administrative areas, including:
Themes
Plans
Customers
Payment Methods
Coupons
Currencies
Transactions
Web Templates
Blogs
Users
Custom Domains
Backup
General Settings
Translations
Marketing
Generate Sitemap
Invoice & Tax
Maintenance Mode
Demo Mode
Software Update

And other available administrative features
Assign only the permissions required for the user's role and responsibilities.
7. Email Templates
The Email Templates section allows the admin to manage and customize email templates used for system notifications.
The available templates can include emails related to:
Appointments
Custom Domains
Service Enquiries
Plans
NFC Cards
Service Bookings
Two-Factor Authentication (OTP)
Depending on the template, different statuses or actions may be available, such as:
Pending
Cancelled
Completed
Approved
Rejected
Rescheduled
The admin can customize the relevant email templates according to the notification requirements of each feature.
8. System Translations
The System Translations section allows the admin to manage and update the translations used throughout the platform.
The admin can maintain translated system text and configure the available language content according to the languages enabled in General Settings.
9. System Backups
The System Backups section allows the admin to create and manage backups of system files and the database.
Backups can be used to protect platform data and restore the system when required.
Backup Types
The admin can create:
File Backup: Backup of the application's files.
Database Backup: Backup of the system database.
Note: Backups are stored in the
storage/app/backupsfolder.
10. Clear Cache
The Clear Cache utility allows the admin to clear cached website and system data.
Clearing the cache can be useful when changes are not immediately reflected or when resolving certain abnormal website or system issues.
Use Clear Cache after making configuration or system changes when required.
11. Software Updates
The Software Updates section allows the admin to verify the Envato license and check for the latest available platform updates.
Check for Updates
Click Check Update to verify whether a newer version of the platform is available.
If an update is available, follow the provided update process to install the latest platform version.
Feature Request
If the required functionality is not currently available in the platform, click Feature Request to submit a request for additional functionality.
