Customers
The Customers section provides complete customer management from the admin panel, including customer accounts, digital business cards, stores, custom domains, subscriptions, NFC orders, AI credits, and related transactions.
1. Manage Customers
Navigation: Dashboard → Customers → Manage Customers
The Manage Customers section allows the admin to view, create, filter, and manage all customer accounts.
1.1 View Customers
The customer table displays the available customer account information, including:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Account Status
- Current Plan
- Registration details
- Other relevant customer information
1.2 Filter Customers
Customers can be filtered based on their account status, allowing the admin to quickly identify and manage customers according to their current account state.
1.3 Create a New Customer
The admin can create a new customer directly from the admin panel.
Path: Dashboard → Customers → Manage Customers → Create
The admin can provide:
- Name
- Password
- Plan
The default plan is No Plan when no plan is selected during customer creation.
1.4 Customer Actions
The customer table provides actions for managing individual customer accounts.
Available actions include:
- Edit — Update customer account details.
- Switch Plan — Change the customer's current subscription plan.
- Suspend — Suspend the customer's account.
- Delete — Delete the customer account.
1.5 Customer Profile
Click the customer's Full Name from the customer table to open the complete customer profile.
The profile allows the admin to view and manage the customer's account and associated resources.
The profile includes:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Current subscription plan
- Login option
1.6 Login as Customer
The customer profile provides a Login option that allows the admin to log in to the customer's account directly from the admin panel.
1.7 Customer Business Cards
The customer profile displays the digital business cards created by the customer.
The admin can view and manage the customer's business cards from the customer profile.
1.8 Customer Stores
The customer profile displays the digital stores created by the customer.
The admin can view and manage the customer's stores from the customer profile.
1.9 NFC Card Orders
The customer profile displays the NFC card orders associated with the customer.
The admin can view the customer's NFC card order information and related details.
1.10 AI Credit Transactions
The customer profile displays the customer's AI Credit Transactions.
The admin can view the customer's AI credit-related transaction records.
1.11 Subscription Plan Transactions
The customer profile displays the customer's Subscription Plan Transactions.
The admin can view the customer's subscription and plan-related transaction records.
1.12 NFC Card Order Transactions
The customer profile displays the customer's NFC Card Order Transactions.
The admin can view transaction records associated with the customer's NFC card orders.
1.13 Copy or Assign Customer Details
For supported fields and resources, the admin can use the available actions to copy or assign details to another customer.
This allows supported customer resources or information to be assigned to another customer without manually recreating the data.
2. Digital Business Cards
Navigation: Dashboard → Customers → Digital Business Cards
The Digital Business Cards section allows the admin to view and manage all digital business cards created by customers.
2.1 Business Card Information
The business card listing displays:
- Customer details
- Card name
- Expiry date
- Current card status
2.2 View Customer
The admin can click the customer information from the table to open the associated customer profile.
2.3 View Business Card
The admin can click the card information to open and manage the corresponding digital business card.
3. Stores
Navigation: Dashboard → Customers → Stores
The Stores section allows the admin to view and manage all digital stores created by customers.
3.1 Store Information
The store listing displays:
- Customer who created the store
- Customer details
- Store information
- Expiry date
- Current store status
3.2 View Customer
The admin can access the customer associated with a store directly from the store listing.
3.3 Manage Store
The admin can access the store from the listing to view and manage the store details and its current status.
4. Custom Domain
Navigation: Dashboard → Customers → Custom Domain
The Custom Domain section allows the admin to manage custom domain requests submitted by customers.
4.1 Domain Request Information
The custom domain listing displays:
- Customer who requested the domain
- Customer details
- Requested custom domain
- Domain request status
- Related domain information
4.2 Approve Domain
The admin can approve a customer's custom domain request.
The request status is updated to:
Approved
4.3 Process Domain
After the domain request has been approved and the required domain configuration has been completed, the admin can mark the request as:
Processed
4.4 Reject Domain
The admin can reject a custom domain request when the request cannot be approved or processed.
The request status is updated to:
Rejected
4.5 Custom Domain Statuses
Custom domain requests can be managed through the following statuses:
- Approved
- Processed
- Rejected
